Oatmeal with Fruit

The oatmeal with fruit from Spoonsparrow tastes guaranteed for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 500 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries)
  • 700 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 80 g sliced almonds

Instructions

    Wash and trim the berries, cutting them into small pieces if desired.

    Bring the milk and oats to a boil in a pot over medium heat, then simmer gently for 10-15 minutes while stirring.

    Meanwhile, toast the sliced almonds in a dry pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown; set aside.

    Stir maple syrup into the oatmeal and taste. Spoon the oatmeal with fruit into bowls, top with berries, and sprinkle with almond slices.
