Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 stalk mint
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 40 g delicate oats (4 tbsp)
  • 250 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
  • 400 ml Buttermilk
  • 20 g hearty oats (4 tsp)

Instructions

    Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Halve the oranges and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves.

    Blend the banana, orange juice, honey, delicate oats, yogurt, and buttermilk in a blender until smooth.

    Serve the oatmeal smoothie in 4 glasses, sprinkle each with 1 tsp of oats, and garnish with mint.
