Oat Bran Cookies

Ingredients
- 125 g soft butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 large egg
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 125 g flour
- 75 g oat bran
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- a pinch cinnamon
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 50 g Raisins
- 4 tbsp milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Beat the butter until fluffy, then fold in the sugar. Add the egg and brown sugar, beating until light and airy. Sift together the flour, oat bran, and baking powder; stir into the butter mixture. Fold in the almonds and raisins. Gradually add milk until the dough is firm but not too soft.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the tray, spacing them apart, and gently flatten each slightly. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden brown. Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
