Ingredients
- 50 heart‑shaped hollow praline shells
- 150 g dark chocolate (min. 60%)
- 20 ml cognac
- 75 ml whipping cream
- 250 g milk chocolate
- gold dust

Place the hollow heart shells into a mold. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and put it in a bowl. Bring the cream with the cognac to a boil, then pour over the chocolate while stirring until fully melted. Let the mixture cool until it becomes pourable. Fill a piping bag and fill the shells. Roughly chop the milk chocolate and melt it over a double boiler. Dip the pralines into the melted milk chocolate, remove with a fork, let excess drip off, and set on a parchment sheet to firm up. Brush with gold dust and place in molds.
