Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 60 g sugar
  • 50 ml Apple Juice
  • 200 g gummy bears

Instructions

    Whisk milk with egg yolks, honey and sugar over a hot water bath until creamy.

    Chop the chocolate and melt it over the same water bath, stir into the milk mixture, then fold in cold whipped cream.

    Warm the gummy bears with apple juice for about 5 minutes, then chop coarsely and mix into the ice cream base. Pour into 6-8 molds (depending on size) and freeze for 2-3 hours.
