- 12 Sardellenfilets
- 100 g schwarze Oliven
- 4 EL Rotweinessig
- 4 EL Olivenöl

- 2 Scheiben frischer Thunfisch (à ca. 140 g)

Wash, trim, and blanch the beans in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes until firm. Shock in cold water and drain. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes; peel and quarter the eggs. Peel and slice the shallots into rings; wash and dice the cucumber.

Clean, rinse, and dry the lettuce head. Wash, shake dry, and tear the basil. Combine all prepared salad ingredients in a bowl. Add sardines and olives. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar; drizzle over the salad and gently toss.
