Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 0.5 Pineapple
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 1 orange
  • 1 handful of blue grapes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

    Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut into bite‑sized strips; mix with lemon juice. Peel the oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Cut fruit fillets from the segments and catch the released orange juice. Squeeze the remaining orange pulp for extra juice; set aside.

    Add the fillets to the apples. Roll the pomegranate by hand over a lightly pressed surface, then cut off top and bottom, score one side, flip the skin back, loosen the seeds from the cavities, and add them with the other fruit into a bowl.

    Wash the pineapple, halve if large. Remove peel and core, cut into bite‑sized pieces; mix all together and fill glass bowls or cups. For the sauce whisk orange juice with remaining ingredients until smooth and taste. Serve the salad and pour sauce over it at the table.
