Ingredients
- 300 g Gutfried Geflügel Fleischwurst
- 5 small yellow cherry tomatoes (or cocktail tomatoes)
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 ml herb vinegar
- 1 small jar pickled cucumbers
- 5 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch flat parsley
- salt (ground)
- black pepper (ground)
Instructions

Slice the Gutfried Geflügel Fleischwurst into very thin strips. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the stem and dice. Set aside a few quarters for garnish.

Peel, halve and finely dice the onions. Slice the pickled cucumbers. Wash the parsley, pluck off the stems and chop finely. Add all ingredients to the sausage in a salad bowl and mix.

Whisk vinegar and oil into a vinaigrette, pour over the sausage salad and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Stir again before serving, taste and serve with hearty farmer’s bread.
