Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Tamarillo
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 orange
  • 1 carambola
  • 1 baby pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small papaya
  • 80 ml Grand Marnier

Instructions

    Peel the mango, kiwi, pineapple, papaya and orange. Cut the remaining fruits into very thin slices or small pieces as desired and arrange on four plates sprinkled with powdered sugar.

    Drizzle each fruit with a little Grand Marnier and immediately ignite.
