Ingredients

  • 12 small new potatoes
  • 8 fresh cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 40 g Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, if necessary, blanch them and steam for about 25 minutes.

    Meanwhile peel the garlic, crush half the cloves, peel the rest and finely chop. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves and also chop them.

    Sauté the garlic in a hot pan with butter until lightly golden brown, then stir in the potatoes with parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
