Ingredients
- 3 tbsp roast stock
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp mustard (sharp)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- light sauce thickener
Instructions

Add the roast stock, whipping cream and vegetable broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Stir in the mustard, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Thicken with a little light sauce thickener if desired.
