Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp roast stock
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard (sharp)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • light sauce thickener

Instructions

    Add the roast stock, whipping cream and vegetable broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Stir in the mustard, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Thicken with a little light sauce thickener if desired.
