Ingredients
- 50 g white mustard seeds
- 50 g black mustard seeds
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves of mace
- 100 ml wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions

Place the mustard seeds in a bowl. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Combine both with about 125 ml water, coriander, bay leaf, mace, vinegar, salt, and honey; bring to a boil. Pour over the mustard seeds through a sieve and cover for 2-3 days to steep.

Afterward, roughly puree and pour into jars.

Store in a cool, dark place for about one week to develop flavor.
