Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp plant oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 ml light beer
  • 3 tbsp coarse mustard
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Peel and dice the onions. Peel, quarter, core, and finely dice the apple. Sauté together with the onion in a small pot over hot oil for a few minutes.

    Add honey and deglaze with beer. Stir in mustard and simmer until thickened about 20 minutes. Puree the mixture and season with vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let cool.
