Mushroom Pan

Try the mushroom pan from Spoonsparrow. With button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and chanterelles it is a fall dinner.

Ingredients

  • 300 g button mushrooms
  • 100 g small oyster mushrooms
  • 200 g chanterelles
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 tbsp oil (40 ml)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 20 g herbs (1 bunch)

Instructions

    Clean and wash the mushrooms, spring onions and bell pepper. Halve the button mushrooms, cut the spring onions into small pieces and slice the bell pepper into rings.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms, spring onions and bell pepper vigorously. Season with salt and pepper, cook for about 8 minutes over medium heat until finished.

    Meanwhile season the sour cream with salt and pepper and whisk smooth. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop. Garnish the finished mushroom pan with sour cream and herbs.
