- 12 baguette slices
- 2 tbsp lemon olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 500 g mixed forest mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms and slice or cut them into pieces according to size. Peel the shallot and garlic, finely chop both, and sauté in hot oil.

Add the mushrooms and cook over high heat; continue cooking until all liquid has evaporated, then season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toast the baguette slices, spread the warm mushroom mixture on top, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
