Friends of vegetable cooking, beware: Stuffed mushrooms with spinach from Spoonsparrow taste as an appetizer or healthy snack in between!

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 60 g Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese (in small cubes)
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

    Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms with breadcrumbs, top with butter flakes, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
