Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 200 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 12 slices baguette
  • dried oregano
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Parboil the tomatoes for a few seconds, shock in cold water, peel and dice them. Peel the garlic clove.

  2. 2.

    Rub the bread slices with the garlic clove and sprinkle with some oregano. Mix cheese and tomatoes with oregano, salt and pepper and spread on the bread slices. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the bread slices on it and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
