Ingredients

  • 200 g mixed mushrooms (e.g., brown button, porcini, oyster)
  • 0.5 handful parsley
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 slices mixed bread

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and dice them small.

  2. 2.

    Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and roughly chop the leaves.

  3. 3.

    Peel the shallot and garlic, finely mince. Sauté in hot oil in a pan until translucent.

    Add the mushrooms and cook 5 minutes until lightly browned, letting any released liquid evaporate. Remove from pan and cool.

    Combine with crème fraîche and half the parsley, season with salt and pepper, then spread on the bread slices. Sprinkle remaining parsley before serving.
