Mulled Wine with Water

Ingredients
- 1 bottle good red wine
- 0.25 l water
- juice of one lemon
- a few cloves
- cinnamon stick
- 1 unpeeled lemon
Instructions

Warm the red wine with the water, lemon juice and spices in a pot until just before boiling.

Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves before serving.

Quickly pour the mulled wine into pre-warmed glasses.

Thinly peel the lemon and decorate the glasses with lemon zest.
