Baked Cinnamon Peaches

Delicious baked cinnamon peaches with chopped pecans from Spoonsparrow are always a great idea for dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 15 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 30 g coconut palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans

Instructions

    Halve the peaches and remove pits. Arrange peach halves on a baking sheet and brush with honey.

  2. 2.

    Quarter the butter and place one piece on each peach half. Mix cinnamon and coconut palm sugar in a small bowl.

  3. 3.

    Sprinkle each peach half with some cinnamon mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for 30 minutes.

    Garnish with chopped pecans.
