Ingredients
- 2 untreated oranges
- 20 cloves
- 150 ml clear apple juice
- 600 ml dry light red wine
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cinnamon stick

Wash the oranges. Cut one orange in half and slice into wedges. Pinch each wedge with four cloves. Squeeze the juice from the second half and the remaining orange. Combine the juice with the apple juice, red wine, honey, remaining cloves, and cinnamon stick and bring to a boil.

Let it steep for about 10 minutes over low heat. Distribute the orange wedges into glasses and strain the mulled wine into the glasses through a sieve. Serve immediately.
