Muesli with quark and fruit: Start your day full of energy with Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 50 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 red-skinned pears
  • 150 g rolled oats

Instructions

    Whisk the quark with yogurt, milk, honey and lime juice.

    Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the core and slice into thin wedges. Combine the pear slices with the oats and stir into the quark mixture. Pour into glasses and serve.
