Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 4 tbsp soy flour
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp peeled hemp seeds
- 40 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp coconut chips

Add the flaxseed and soy flour to a pot with the coconut milk and bring to a boil, adding a little water if needed. Stir in the butter and cook over low heat for 7–10 minutes until a porridge-like consistency is reached.

Divide the porridge into two bowls and serve garnished with hemp seeds, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
