Ingredients

  • 150 g oats
  • 50 g dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa)
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 1 pear
  • 50 g grapes (seedless)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 750 ml milk

Instructions

    Distribute the oats and chopped chocolate in bowls. Peel the banana and slice it. Roughly chop the apricots. Peel, quarter, core, and dice the pear.

    Wash the grapes and cut them into halves. Mix the grapes with lemon juice, banana slices, apricot pieces, and diced pear. Pour milk over the mixture and serve.
