Ingredients
- 350 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cantaloupe melon
- 250 g mozzarella (2 balls)
- 20 g basil (1 bunch)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp mild olive oil
- 2 tsp Liquid Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, and use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh.

Drain the mozzarella and cube it. Wash the basil, shake off excess water, and cut into strips. Mix mozzarella, melon, and tomatoes and arrange on four plates. Sprinkle with basil.

Just before serving drizzle with vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
