Ingredients

  • 250 g nougat
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g marzipan base
  • 150 g pistachios
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 200 g dark chocolate couverture

Instructions

    Cut the nougat into small cubes and shape them into balls

    Grind the pistachios in a hand grinder

  3. 3.

    Sift the powdered sugar and knead it with the ground marzipan base, pistachios, and rose water

  4. 4.

    Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut circles

  5. 5.

    Place a nougat ball on each circle, cover with marzipan, and shape into balls

  6. 6.

    Melt the couverture in a double boiler, let set, then reheat

  7. 7.

    Dip the balls in the couverture, place them on a cooling rack, and let set
