Ingredients

  • 150 g nut nougat raw mass
  • 200 g marzipan raw mass
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground pistachios
  • 150 g whole milk couverture (cocoa content at least 32%, for coating)

    Cut the nut-nougat mixture into cubes about 1x1 cm, shape into balls and refrigerate. Knead the marzipan raw mass with rose water, powdered sugar, and finely ground pistachios. Form small marzipan balls and roll them out so they can cover the nougat balls.

    Wrap each nougat ball individually in the rolled marzipan, seal seamlessly, then chill for about 30 minutes. Chop the couverture into pieces and melt in a double boiler. Dip the marzipan-covered balls one by one, place on parchment paper to cool. Set them in praline molds and store refrigerated.
