Ingredients

  • 100 g frisée lettuce
  • 4 large radicchio leaves
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 250 g salmon (canned)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the salad, shake dry and cut into smaller pieces if desired. Peel the cucumber and dice it. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel, slice into strips and drizzle with lemon juice. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Mix frisée lettuce, cucumber cubes, onion rings, avocado strips and mushroom slices.

    Mix remaining lemon juice with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Drain canned salmon and cut into pieces. Place one radicchio leaf on a plate, top with salad, drizzle dressing, add salmon on top, serve immediately.
