Grape Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 250 g seedless green grapes
- 250 g seedless red grapes
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 200 g Reblochon cheese
- 4 tbsp nut oil
- 4 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Toast the sesame in a dry pan until fragrant, remove and let cool. Wash the grapes, stem them and halve them. Rinse the arugula, trim and pat dry. Cut the cheese into small cubes as desired.

Whisk the oil with vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Toss the grapes with sesame, arugula and cheese, fold in the dressing, divide onto plates and serve.
