Ingredients

  • 350 g green beans
  • 5 large tomatoes
  • salad mix
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • olive oil (cold pressed)
  • balsamic vinegar

Instructions

    Clean, wash the beans and blanch them in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool.

    Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Remove leaves from the salad mix, rinse and pat dry.

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Arrange the salad leaves on four plates with tomato wedges, beans and mushrooms.
