Ingredients
- 1 Lollo Rosso
- 100 g mixed leafy greens (e.g., iceberg lettuce, lamb's quarters, chicory, sorrel)
- 1 large red onion
- 8 red plums
- 200 g goat cream cheese (chunky)
- 150 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp liquid honey
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash, trim, dry and roughly tear the salad leaves. Peel the onion, halve it and slice into thin strips. Wash the plums, halve them, pit and cut into wedges. Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes. Toast the walnuts in a hot pan without oil until fragrant, remove and let cool.

Whisk lemon juice with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and honey.

Arrange the salad on bowls, top with onion, plums, nuts, and cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette and garnish with parsley leaves before serving.
