Ingredients
- 400 g mirabellas
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 vanilla bean (mash)
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 50 ml orange liqueur
Instructions

Wash, halve and pit the mirabellas. Melt the sugar in a pot and add the mirabellas with the vanilla mash, lemon juice and zest; simmer for 3-5 minutes while stirring over medium heat.

Deglaze with the liqueur and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
