Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg Mirabelle
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

    Wash fruit, halve, pit, mix with gelatin sugar and let stand covered overnight.

    Add lemon juice, transfer to a pot, bring to boil and simmer for about 4 minutes, then fill jars, seal tightly and cool.
