Spoonsparrow Mint-Lemon Balm Smoothie: The herbs soothe the stomach and ease restlessness, while avocado makes the smoothie wonderfully creamy!

Ingredients

  • 1 handful Mint (5 g)
  • 1 handful lemon balm (5 g)
  • 100 g cucumber salad
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Instructions

    Rinse the mint and lemon balm, pluck the leaves and roughly chop them. Peel and dice the cucumber. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, lift the flesh from the skin, cut into strips and drizzle with lime juice.

    Add the cucumber and avocado to the buttermilk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the herbs and flaxseed and mix again. If needed, add a little cold water. Pour the Mint-Lemon Balm Smoothie into glasses and serve.
