Ingredients

  • 1 apple (ca. 200 g)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 g ginger
  • 2 handfuls mint
  • 400 g yogurt
  • 400 ml kefir
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds

Instructions

    Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and add it to the blender with lemon juice. Peel the ginger, finely chop it and add it. Wash the mint, shake off excess water and pluck the leaves. Add the yogurt and blend everything thoroughly. Pour in kefir until the desired consistency is reached.

    Fill glasses with the apple smoothie and sprinkle some sunflower seeds on top before serving.
