Ingredients

  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 2 tsp cane sugar
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 60 ml white rum
  • 5 ice cubes
  • mineral water
  • 1 Mint sprig

Instructions

    Add lime juice and sugar with the mint leaves to the glass. Gently bruise the mint leaves with a muddler.

    Add rum and ice cubes. Top up with mineral water and stir briefly. Garnish with mint and serve with a straw.
