Ingredients

  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 star anise
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • 40 ml whisky

Instructions

    Boil the apple juice with the lemon juice, honey, star anise, and 1 cinnamon stick, then cover to cool. Strain through a sieve and mix in the whisky.

    Distribute ice cubes into four glasses and pour the cooled mixture over them. Serve each glass garnished with a cinnamon stick.
