  • 50 ml white rum
  • 100 ml soda water
  • 1 large lime wedge
  • mint sprig
  • 2 tsp cane sugar
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Add lime with sugar and mint to a highball glass. Gently muddle the lime piece and optionally some mint leaves with a muddler.
