Mini Pizza Rolls
Try the delicious mini pizza rolls from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 600 g flour (and extra for surface)
- 1 cube yeast
- 280 ml milk (1.5% fat) (lukewarm)
- 110 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 20 g sugar (1 tbsp)
- 100 g cooked ham
- 100 g poultry salami
- 1 bunch Basil
- 400 g canned pizza tomatoes
- 150 g shredded cheese
Instructions

Knead flour with yeast, lukewarm milk, 100 ml olive oil, salt and sugar. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Meanwhile slice ham and salami into strips. Wash basil, shake dry and chop.

Knead dough again and roll on floured surface into a rectangle of about 80 x 20 cm. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.

Spread pizza tomatoes over the dough, leaving about 2 cm at the top edge. Sprinkle ham, salami and cheese on top and brush the upper edge with a little water. Roll up the dough and cut into 25 slices each about 3 cm thick.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place dough slices on it and bake in preheated oven at 200 °C (convection 180 °C; gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes.
