Ingredients
- 190 g dates (pitted)
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 75 g oat flour
- 50 g dark chocolate
Instructions
-
1.
Place dates in a bowl and pour hot water over them. Let soak for 10 minutes, then drain the water.
-
2.
For the date caramel, blend dates, peanut butter and 40–50 ml water in a high‑speed blender until thick.
-
3.
For the bottom layer mix oat flour, 80 g of date caramel and, depending on desired consistency, 2–3 Tbsp water. Spread this mixture in a small baking pan lined with parchment paper.
-
4.
Spread the remaining date caramel over it. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and drizzle it over the caramel. Chill for a few minutes until the chocolate sets. Remove from the fridge and cut into mini peanut bites.
