Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 150 g butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- juice of one lemon
- various food coloring

Knead the flour with powdered sugar, egg, cinnamon and butter into a dough, wrap it in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then roll out on a floured work surface, cut shapes or use cookie cutters as desired, place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes, remove and let cool.

Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar, portion and color it.

Spread the colored icing onto the cookies as desired and put them in small freezer bags, cut off small corners and decorate the cookies with them.
