Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 600 g ground beef
  • 150 ml dry red wine
  • 800 g peeled canned tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions

    Peel the carrot, onions and garlic and dice them very finely.

    Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the vegetable cubes over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef, crumble it, cook until browned, then deglaze with wine.

    Add the tomatoes with their liquid, season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Simmer on medium heat for 20–25 minutes.
