Milkshake with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 400 g mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, currants... )
  • 1 Banana
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey (to taste)
  • 400 ml chilled milk
  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • crushed ice

Instructions

    Wash, trim and let the berries drain well. Add peeled sliced banana, lemon juice, crushed ice, yogurt and honey to a blender or use an immersion blender.

    Gradually pour in the milk while blending. Pour into a glass carafe and serve in chilled glasses with straws.
