Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries
- 60 g almond sticks
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs (chopped cacao beans)
- 0.5 tsp chia seeds
- 600 ml Milk
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 5 tbsp low‑fat quark
- 2 tbsp honey

Blend the raspberries with almond sticks, cocoa nibs, and chia seeds in a blender.
