Ingredients

  • 150 g raspberries
  • 60 g almond sticks
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs (chopped cacao beans)
  • 0.5 tsp chia seeds
  • 600 ml Milk
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 5 tbsp low‑fat quark
  • 2 tbsp honey
