Ingredients

  • 40 g raisins
  • 30 g soft rolled oats
  • 4 bananas
  • 30 g cornflakes
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tsp natural yogurt

    Set aside a few raisins for garnish. Soak the remaining raisins in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. While they soak, toast the rolled oats in a dry pan for about 3 minutes. Peel and chop the bananas.

    Drain the soaked raisins. Combine them with the toasted oats, cornflakes, chopped bananas, and milk in a blender and blend into a smooth milkshake. Divide the shake into four glasses, top each with one tablespoon of yogurt, and garnish with the reserved raisins.
