Ingredients
- 8 figs
- 1 nashi (or pear)
- 1 small mango
- 0.5 cantaloupe melon
- 3 apricots
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- a pinch cinnamon

Wash the figs and cut them in half. Wash the nashi, quarter it, remove the core, and cut into large pieces. Peel the mango and cut into large chunks away from the pit. Remove the rind from the cantaloupe melon and cut into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the apricots, halve them and de‑pit. Thread the fruit alternately onto 8 soaked wooden skewers and grill over high heat, turning occasionally for 5–8 minutes until cooked.

Whisk the honey with lime juice and cinnamon. Drizzle the glaze over the skewers before serving.
