Ingredients
- 0.5 cantaloupe melon
- 400 g watermelon flesh
- 20 mini mozzarella balls (about 150 g)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 mint sprigs

Pit the cantaloupe melon. Using a Parisienne cutter, cut the flesh of both melons into small balls.

In a bowl, combine the drained mozzarella balls with lemon juice and honey. Transfer into glasses and serve garnished with mint.
