Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 24 slices Parma ham
  • 2 bunches arugula
  • olive oil
  • balsamic cream
  • 60 g freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

    Halve the melon, remove seeds, cut into wedges and peel. Wrap each wedge with two slices of ham and arrange on a plate. Wash, dry, and add the arugula.
