Ingredients
- 500 g watermelon (seeded)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 30 ml melon liqueur
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 4 tbsp roasted coarsely chopped pistachios
- 4 tsp sour cream
Instructions

Combine the watermelon flesh with lemon juice and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth. Fold in the melon liqueur.

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid and melt in a small saucepan over low heat.

Fold a small amount of watermelon purée into the melted gelatin, then quickly stir the remaining mixture with the dissolved gelatin. Divide into four bowls and chill for 2 hours.

Serve on plates garnished with pistachios and sour cream.
