Ingredients

  • 120 g clementines (2 clementines)
  • 10 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 1 sprig mint
  • liquid sweetener (to taste)
  • 300 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)

Instructions

    Peel the clementines and use a small knife to cut out the fruit segments between the membranes, catching the juice.

    Peel the ginger and finely mince it.

  3. 3.

    Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and slice into fine strips.

  4. 4.

    Stir together the clementine juice, ginger, sweetener as desired, and yogurt; add the clementine segments.

  5. 5.

    Serve the clementine yogurt in two bowls. Sprinkle mint over top.
